With 25 years experience in the SIP industry, SIPs Team USA manufactures 3rd party inspected, ICC approved Structural Insulated Panels. Structural Insulated Panels are engineered building components (walls and roofs) that replace conventional exterior framing and insulation methods. They consist of a layer of rated OSB, EPS foam, and another layer of rated OSB bonded together in a vacuum press to form a sandwich panel. Structural Insulated Panels are extremely strong, energy efficient, and cost competitive to conventional stick building. They are considered a green building product due to low waste, high energy efficiency, and the use of materials that are recyclable.
SIPs Team USA will convert your conventional plans to SIP plans, calculate loads, and deliver your panels to the job-site. We offer an installation package as well. In addition, we will work with area builders and assist them in the installation process if requested.
